We’ve crafted this Mother’s Milk® Oat Milk Latte with Honey & Cardamom recipe to provide you with a delicious herbal latte to treat yourself – in addition to caring for your baby by supporting your breast milk supply.* Our Organic Mother’s Milk tea is formulated with herbs known as galactagogues such as fennel, anise, and fenugreek to support healthy lactation.* The additions of honey and soul-grounding cardamom, add just the right amount of sweetness to bring you a sense of comfort.

It’s wonderful to make at any time of the day, preferably when your little one is resting so you can take a moment for yourself and savor the herbal goodness.

Total Time: 10 minutes



  1. Place tea bags into a mug, adding in the boiling water. Cover with a lid or tea buddy, and steep for 10 minutes.
  2. After steeping, remove tea bags and gently squeeze to extract the remaining tea.
  3. Pour the oat milk into a small saucepan and gently simmer.
  4. Add honey and cardamom to the tea concentrate. Whisk together.
  5. Using either a blender or a milk frother, blend warmed milk and pour over the tea concentrate.
  6. Sprinkle a small amount of cardamom over the top and enjoy!
