From an herbalist’s standpoint, each season is tied to an element or quality within nature. Fall signifies both the end and beginning of a cycle. The end of summer, a yang season full of fiery energy and long hot days, and the beginning of autumn, a yin season which brings in cooling, restorative energy. It’s a great time to focus on routines to support these qualities: grounding, nourishing and warming foods, hot herbal tea, restorative baths, and treating ourselves to supportive seasonal beverages like this one.

This recipe combines rich coconut milk and the classic pumpkin spice flavors of cardamom, cinnamon and ginger with the digestive support of our Dandelion Chai Probiotic tea.

Our pumpkin spice latte-inspired treat is sure to spice up your wellness routine and inspire you for the seasonal shifts ahead.
