Reason to Love
We know what it really stands for, but sometimes it seems like PMS is short for Pretty Miserable Situation. A nice cup of tea can turn all of that around, especially if it eases irritability, tension, and discomfort.* A traditional combination of herbs – like skullcap and lemon balm – used to ease frayed and frazzled nerves, this tea can help you feel a little more like you can go with the flow during “that time of the month.*”
Warm, cinnamony – a balance of slightly bitter and sweet.
“This tea is an instant relaxer. Not to mention that it tastes pretty wonderful, to the point where I have to stop myself from drinking it at other times of the month so that I don't run out when I really need it. This is the tea to calm a storm.”kalewhale See All Reviews Write A Review
Skullcap earned its name for its delicate blue flowers which somewhat resemble the shape of helmets worn by early American soldiers. This tea is made with the leaves, stems, and flowers, collected when the plants are in flower. Traditionally used to support the nervous system*, some of our favorite skullcap comes from the good folks at Trout Lake Farm in the Pacific Northwest, who have provided us with some of our favorite herbs for over the past four decades. They’re kindred spirits in our search for high quality, sustainably produced herbs.Supplement Facts How To Brew
