Sales Trade Planner – ID 216
The Sales Trade Planner will assist in company’s efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret the volume and spending associated with our go-to-market promotional plans. This key member of the sales team will act as an administrator for the company’s Trade Promotion software, assist in keeping RSMs plans current, support the annual Trade Planning process, and report findings on volume and spending to the organization.
Sales Analytics Manager
This position will play a key role in company’s efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to the Sales, Marketing, and Executive teams. The person will present data in well-designed charts, graphs, tables, and presentations that allow team members to make impactful decisions on key business issues. This person will be our key liaison and resource for all of our syndicated data partners and is responsible for informing the company of key consumption driven dynamics within the categories that we participate. 75-80% of the work will be specifically defined. The other 20-25% will be opportunistic and will depend on business situations and Analyst Initiative.
This role entails supporting the development and growth of herbal wellness products. The Senior Scientist will align with TM mission and business strategy, lead botanical wellness projects as technical lead, and work collaboratively with project teams, cross-functional departments, and contract manufacturers to ensure projects are completed successfully.
QC Supervisor – ID 247
The QC Supervisor supervises QC laboratory staff in their day-to-day responsibilities and manages the turnaround of incoming ingredients and finished goods in a timely manner. Ensures that QC Analysts and Associates are properly trained and qualified to perform their job functions and that they understand and comply with current company, departmental and regulatory requirements. Is part of a small team responsible for the review of test results and documentation and the release of raw materials and finished products. Serves as a backup to the QC Lab Manager.
This position directly supervises a team of 4-6. The Supervisor will establish monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports. He/She will be responsible for conducting annual performance evaluations of direct reports that will be reviewed by the QC Lab Manager and delivered to People Operations.
IT Helpdesk Specialist – ID 171
This position assists IT Team with technical support of desktop computers, applications, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. The position utilizes one-on-one consultancy to end users. The employee in this position also assists in the maintenance and testing of network servers, equipment and domains. The position’s responsibilities require independent analyses, communication and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.
Machine Operator – ID E101
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of 2 or more IMA tea bagging machines, as well as providing support to the machine team members such as the recording weights and fulfillment of components. Machine operators are cross-trained to operate the case packing machines as well.
Operations Controller – ID 158
To provide analytical support to the operations of the company, based on process understanding/improvement and utilizing metrics that drive decision-making and corrective actions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, use of capital and cost of operations. Implement operational accounting best practices and performance management tools. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer with a dotted line to Chief Operating Officer. A key member of the Finance Leadership Team and Supply Chain leadership team and supervises a Senior Cost Analyst.
Operations Manager – ID 251
The Operations Manager’s role is to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective execution of the production plan in the Sebastopol production facility. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for all production and warehouse employees in the Sebastopol facility. They will ensure development of a high performing leadership team capable of improving operations every day.
Senior People Operations Leader – ID 258
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the Senior People Operations Leader acts as a key member of the People Operations Leadership (PLT) team and partners with cross-functional teams within TM with a primary focus on leaders and employees at TM’s Rohnert Park, CA, Burlington, VT, and remote locations. This role will provide day-to-day People Operations support including troubleshooting people issues while serving as an escalation point for their resolution. Additionally, the Senior People Operations Leader will serve as an employee relations expert who understands compliance, applicable laws & regulations and manages employee investigations across TM as needed. This role will support all recruiting & staffing needs for growth in alignment with TM’s strategic workforce planning. This role proactively works with the Centers of Expertise (COEs) within People Operations to co-create and implement effective people programs and technology which advance TM’s total employee experience, team development & performance, and People Operations’ strategic initiatives. Additionally, The Senior People Operations Leader will keep a pulse on employee engagement across TM to ensure the People Operations team is aware of and develops effective, data-driven people solutions. This role further supports the People Operations team by developing and administering various people programs, analytics, reports, and leading special projects as needed.
Botanical Wellness Central District Sales Manager – HNF – ID 256
The Botanical Wellness Central District Sales Manager of HNF develops and directs sales within the geography to attain specific sales and revenue goals across the Traditional Medicinals portfolio of products. This position is critical to maintaining our leadership position within the tea category in HNF and in developing new ton tea Botanical Wellness platforms such as Urban Moonshine. As part of the overall strategic sales and marketing plan of the company, this position will be responsible for designing and recommending specific long and short term sales tactics specific to each customer and product type, and communicating to the Director of Health and Natural on the success, possible changes to strategy, and opportunities within the geography. The position is responsible for budgeting by line item for all product types, at Regional customers and regional distributors, focusing on the Health and Natural channel. The BW Central District Sales Manager-HNF is responsible for managing brokers, and key retailers and distributors within the geography, and aligning all parties with Traditional Medicinals strategic objectives and sales goals. The BW Central District Sales Manager-HNF must represent TM’s values and mission to all retail customers, distributors and brokers and any other stakeholders within his or her territory.
Senior 3 PL & Logistics Coordinator – ID 245
This role is responsible for the daily oversight and performance of our 3PL warehouse partners and transportation providers. The position manages all daily operations from order visibility to delivery throughout the Traditional Medicinals freight and warehousing network. This role will determine the most efficient and effective carrier at a competitive and advantageous cost.
Supply Network Planner – ID 259
The Supply Network Planner is responsible for managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods across internally and co-manufactured products. Balances the finished goods inventory with the sales forecast to support inventory targets, customer service levels, and manufacturing capacity through the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI, Bix Analytics tools and Excel.
The Supply Network Planner will facilitate weekly supply review meetings with cross functional team members and lead efforts to implement standard processes for the Master Production Scheduling function. They will initiate the development of process improvements and work collaboratively with impacted organizational stakeholders to drive implementation.
To accomplish the company’s goals, the Supply Network Planner will be expected to actively engage with internal stakeholders to support a variety of demands and projects. The emphasis of the Supply Network Planner role will be on providing the organization with both a short and long-range view (up to 60 months) of production requirements, operational utilization and finished goods inventory levels.
Quality Assurance Supplier Specialist, Innovation – ID 280
This position is responsible for qualifying and managing supplier quality in collaboration with Procurement and the Director of Supplier Quality. The focus of the job will be on suppliers for innovation projects, but with responsibility for all botanical suppliers. Specifically the position is responsible for implementing the supplier quality management program and ensuring that suppliers conform with Traditional Medicinals quality standards including required certifications.
