Business Systems Intelligence Analyst – ID 120
The role of the Business Systems Analyst is to gather, analyze (Gap analysis) and document requirements (Flow charts/process mapping and Needs requirements) for complex technology and business projects, make recommendations to improve processes and applications, and then manage associated projects to a successful conclusion. This position will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and using data from the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX. Initial project for this position will be the building of a Data Warehouse and selection of the most appropriate business intelligence platform. The BSA will be a strong liaison between business partners and IT, ensuring that business partners understand how the Data Warehouse and other applications function.
The BSA must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently according to deadlines and maintain agreed upon budget parameters. During implementations the job will consist of working hands-on predominately, as well as creating and revising schedules, assessing and minimizing project risks, remaining flexible to make changes to schedules and plans to accommodate new information/results, creating related documentation and overseeing project quality control.
People Operations Analyst – ID 133
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will support the People Operations team by collecting data, conducting employee surveys and pulse checks, building data sets, analyzing trends, performing statistical and predictive analytics. Additionally, you will roll up your sleeves and do the discovery work to help ensure our People Operations team has clean data and reliable data across all data sets which can be used to develop people insights to create value-added and impactful solutions that help drive the People strategy.
You’ll work in close partnership with the new People Operations Leadership Team (PLT) to lead action-oriented analysis, produce reports, and present your findings highlighting insights, links to the external talent market as well as peer-related trends to develop our people programs.
You will also support the People Operations team by supporting day-to-day needs and special projects as directed.
Director, Rewards & People Operations Excellence – ID 112
The Director of Rewards & POE will report directly to the Chief People Officer and as a key member of the People Operations Leadership Team (PLT). This role will own all rewards (i.e., compensation and benefits) programs including executive & non-executive compensation, benefits, state-mandated programs, and company perks. This role will also drive best-practice adoption across the Company as it relates to compensation, benefits, and organizational effectiveness. The Director of Rewards & POE will build relationships and communicate proactively to implement the related tools and processes to ensure that Traditional Medicinals can recruit and retain top talent as an Employer of Choice.
This role will proactively partner with the People Operations team and line management to lead an HR transformation, shape organizational outcomes, and ensure the results of the People Operations team stays aligned with the Company’s mission, strategy, and operational objectives.
Manager, Plant Engineering & Maintenance Services – ID 114
Scope & Responsibility:
This role is being deployed to support the rapid growth of the company and its application of new technologies and will be critical towards scaling the business. The Plant Engineering/Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of required Maintenance, location Engineering and Capital Project Management.
Project Manager, Innovation – ID 169
The Project Manager, Innovation is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of cross-functional Core Teams tasked to deliver new products to market. These products are typically, but not limited to, botanical wellness products that fall into the dietary supplement, food and OTC space. Duties include the planning and management of approved projects by following new product introduction processes, project management principles, and effective team management skills. This position will be responsible for working closely with all teams involved to achieve the outputs and timeline required in the project scope, ultimately accountable for delivering projects on-time, within scope, at cost, and with high quality.
Customer Service Representative (part-time) – ID 214
The Customer Service Representative is a dynamic role which acts as a liaison providing support within the Logistics group in many facets. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing customer purchase orders on time in a proficient accurate manner and requires heavy data entry. This position is also responsible for coordinating order resolution- Over Short & Damage discrepancies, processing and tracking Return Merchandise Authorizations as well as other clerical duties as assigned. This role will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments within the organization and a great opportunity to learn many aspects of the overall business process.
Sales Trade Planner – ID 216
The Sales Trade Planner will assist in company’s efforts to collect, analyze, and interpret the volume and spending associated with our go-to-market promotional plans. This key member of the sales team will act as an administrator for the company’s Trade Promotion software, assist in keeping RSMs plans current, support the annual Trade Planning process, and report findings on volume and spending to the organization.
Customer Marketing Manager – ID 217
The Customer Marketing Manager, Innovation position will represent sales and be the customer expert for all non-tea innovation. The position will be a conduit between sales and other key Traditional Medicinals functions within the organization for anything related to innovation. While this person will report to sales, they’ll work closely with Marketing on a day to day basis turning in-sights, into actions, and collaborating on ways to innovate that will assure authorization, trial and repeat purchases. They’ll provide the sales organization with everything necessary to assure innovation success at key customers.
Senior Procurement Specialist – ID 222
This role entails supporting the rapid growth of the company and the dynamic supply chain needs that the growth is driving. This role is critical to scaling the business, through supporting new product development. The Procurement Specialist – Botanical Innovation will primarily be responsible for supporting the R&D and Innovation teams by sourcing raw materials for new product development. In addition to supporting these departments, this role will work collaboratively with other botanical procurement team members to ensure the sourcing needs for the larger business are met. The right candidate will participate in the efficient execution of Traditional Medicinals™ herbal procurement strategy, vendor management, and day-to-day execution of herbal purchasing related transactions on a global scale. The Procurement Specialist – Botanical Innovation, will work with the procurement team to ensure the company obtains the ingredients (almost 120 different ingredients from 40 different countries), services, and goods at the best possible price in a manner that supports the operational needs of the business. This will involve securing volumes of the highest quality herbs, some from complex production/collection systems, from domestic and international suppliers. To accomplish the company’s goals, the Procurement Specialist – Botanical Innovation will be expected to actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to support various projects by procuring requested materials and providing alternative guidance when necessary. The emphasis of the procurement effort will be on quality and availability, but will obviously keep a keen eye on price and other organizational goals such as Fair Trade and Sustainability objectives.
