Quality Assurance Manager
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the Quality Assurance department, setting and communicating priorities to staff, and supporting daily operations of Quality Control and Production departments.
Business Systems Analyst – Business Intelligence
The role of the Business Systems Analyst is to gather, analyze (Gap analysis) and document requirements (Flow charts/process mapping and Needs requirements) for complex technology and business projects, make recommendations to improve processes and applications, and then manage associated projects to a successful conclusion. This position will be the SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and using data from the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics AX. Initial project for this position will be the building of a Data Warehouse and selection of the most appropriate business intelligence platform. The BSA will be a strong liaison between business partners and IT, ensuring that business partners understand how the Data Warehouse and other applications function.
The BSA must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently according to deadlines and maintain agreed upon budget parameters. During implementations the job will consist of working hands-on predominately, as well as creating and revising schedules, assessing and minimizing project risks, remaining flexible to make changes to schedules and plans to accommodate new information/results, creating related documentation and overseeing project quality control.
We are looking for a Scientist who has a background of herbal science and phyto-chemistry, knowledge of herb extraction, formulation, and industry, and experiences in analytical method development and validation of physical, chemical and identity testing of botanical ingredients and products. S/he leads botanical wellness products, develops analytical methods of physical and chemical properties and ingredient identity testing, and is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. S/he inspires a sense of shared purpose within R&D and cross-functional project teams and work well under changes and complexity to drive business results on time and within budget.
People Operations Analyst
Reporting directly to the VP of People & Culture, you will own your projects and be actively involved with different parts of the business, working cross-functionally with other teams and handling highly confidential information. Additionally, you will roll up your sleeves and do the discovery work to help ensure our People Operations team has clean data and useful people insights to create value-added and impactful solutions to help drive the People Agenda.
You’ll work in close partnership with the new People Operations Leadership Team (PLT) to lead action-oriented analysis, linking external market and peer-related trends to develop insights that help develop our people programs.
You will also develop data-driven solutions focused on improving both operational efficiencies and employee experience, identifying both short and long-term opportunities.
Director of Reward & People Operations Excellence

As the Director of Reward & People Operations Excellence, you to bring these trends together in our new People Operations model in a way that is focused on delivering the impact that the business will value.
Reporting directly to the VP of People & Culture and as a key member of the People Operations Leadership Team (PLT) you will use your knowledge and experience in total rewards, continuous process improvement, and system implementations within our People Operations team and at the organizational level to ensure impactful business results. You will help exploit new technologies and tools to manage compensation & benefits programs, workforce planning, our team scorecard as well as help establish People Operations as an engine within Traditional Medicinals for creating business value. You will focus your efforts on driving best-practice adoption at a corporate-level as it relates to total rewards and operating effectiveness.
You will proactively partner with the People Operations team and business line management. Every day you will be accountable for supporting the People Operations Leadership Team (PLT) lead an HR transformation, shape organizational outcomes, and ensure our company is achieving strategic and operational objectives in performance and growth by driving a performance improvement culture.
