This role entails supporting the development and growth of herbal wellness products. The Senior Scientist will align with TM mission and business strategy, lead botanical wellness projects as technical lead, and work collaboratively with project teams, cross-functional departments, and contract manufacturers to ensure projects are completed successfully.
Machine Operator – ID E101
Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of 2 or more IMA tea bagging machines, as well as providing support to the machine team members such as the recording weights and fulfillment of components. Machine operators are cross-trained to operate the case packing machines as well.
Finance Director, Supply Chain – ID 158
To provide analytical support to the operations of the company, based on process understanding/improvement and utilizing metrics that drive decision-making and corrective actions to improve the accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, use of capital and cost of operations. Implement operational accounting best practices and performance management tools. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer with a dotted line to Chief Operating Officer. A key member of the Finance Leadership Team and Supply Chain leadership team and supervises a Senior Cost Analyst.
Operations Manager – ID 251
The Operations Manager’s role is to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective execution of the production plan in the Sebastopol production facility. The Operations Manager is directly responsible for all production and warehouse employees in the Sebastopol facility. They will ensure development of a high performing leadership team capable of improving operations every day.
Quality Assurance Supplier Specialist, Innovation – ID 280
This position is responsible for qualifying and managing supplier quality in collaboration with Procurement and the Director of Supplier Quality. The focus of the job will be on suppliers for innovation projects, but with responsibility for all botanical suppliers. Specifically the position is responsible for implementing the supplier quality management program and ensuring that suppliers conform with Traditional Medicinals quality standards including required certifications.
Maintenance Shift Technician – ID 286
The maintenance shift technician is a shift role/job. The main purpose of the Maintenance Shift technician is to support production efforts in managing the targeted run rate of IMA room and the related downstream equipment. Continuous improvement and preventative maintenance will be secondary responsibilities.
Finance Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – ID 287
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning and integrated business planning. Build process and system capabilities for planning, resource allocation and performance management. Provide insights and analysis on performance and recommend actions to ensure we deliver on short term and long term goals. Provide decision support for Enterprise initiatives. Relief Machine Operator – ID 255
The Relief Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on assigned machines. This person will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
Accounts Payable Accountant – ID 292
TM is seeking an experienced individual with a minimum of four years Accounts Payable experience with the demonstrated skill set and experience to provide day-to-day processing of the Accounts Payable functions. We need a qualified accountant who can handle high volume of transactions for a growing company. Responsible for receiving incoming invoices, credit card expense reports and statements and employee expense reports verifying all data and information is correct and has proper authorization for payment and setting up invoices for payment in accordance with time lines and payment cycles. Applicant must be organized, detail oriented and possess strong technical and interpersonal skills.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary and bonus and includes medical benefits, twelve paid holidays and a 401K plan.
Microbiologist – ID 293
This is a full-time position for a laboratory professional. This position will be responsible for 1) executing all in-house microbiological testing required for QC release of incoming ingredients and finished products, 2) maintaining the environmental monitoring program, and 3) completing projects that may be related to process improvement, FDA compliance, document review/creation, or data gathering.
Production Shift Supervisor, 1st Shift – ID 294
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of production personnel to achieve required production and quality standards in a safe, efficient, and effective manner and for promoting and maintaining positive working relationships within the production group. In addition, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all employees comply with company policies, as well as safety and GMP procedures.
Co-Manufacturing Planner – ID 295
This role entails supporting the rapid growth of the company and its dynamic supply chain needs. The Co-Manufacturing Planner is responsible for managing the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for finished goods across assigned co-manufactured products. Balances the finished goods inventory with the sales forecast to support inventory targets, customer service levels, and manufacturing capacity through the use of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Power BI, Bix Analytics tools and Excel. The Co-Manufacturing Planner will participate in and lead the production plan discussion with assigned co-manufactures on a bi weekly basis. They will be responsible for coordinating and working closely with internal departments to insure raw materials are available to support the production schedule and case fill rates remains is on target of <98.5%.
To accomplish the company’s goals, the Co-Manufacturing Planner will be actively engaged with internal stakeholders to support a variety of demands and projects. The emphasis of the Co-Manufacturing Planner role will be on maintaining finished goods inventory levels and customer fill rates providing the organization with a 12 week frozen plan, as well as a 12 month Production plan.
Cost Accountant – ID 296
The focus of the Cost Accountant is to enable the Management and Executive team to make better informed decisions and reduce cost per case. They do this predominately through setting accurate standard costs, the analysis of production data including establishing, measuring, reporting and analyzing KPI’s and other metrics, reviewing and analyzing variances, preparing, tracking and analyzing differences to the COGS budget, and by understanding the ERP system and making specific recommendations for (and actively participating in) changes, additions and improvements to the systems and associated processes.
Senior Procurement Specialist – ID 297
This role entails supporting the rapid growth of the company and the dynamic supply chain needs that the growth is driving. The Senior Procurement Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all of the raw materials needed to support the business are procured for use, as forecasted through production planning. This role will also work with the R&D and Innovation teams to help source raw materials for new product development. In addition to supporting these departments, this role will work collaboratively with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sourcing needs for the larger business are met.
The right candidate will participate in the efficient execution of Traditional Medicinals Packaging and Indirect Supply procurement strategy, vendor management, and day-to-day execution of packaging/indirect supply purchasing related transactions domestically. The Senior Procurement Specialist will work with the procurement team to ensure the company obtains goods and services at the best possible price in a manner that supports the operational needs of the business. To accomplish the company’s goals, the Senior Procurement Specialist will be expected to actively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to support various projects by procuring requested materials and providing alternative guidance when necessary. The emphasis of the procurement effort will be on quality and availability, but will obviously keep a keen eye on price and other organizational goals such as sustainability objectives and ethical sourcing strategies.
Inventory Control & Deployment Specialist – ID 300
As the Inventory Control & Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for all inventory-related tasks throughout our network of Co-Packers and 3PL’s. This position is responsible for using the ERP system tools to create an inventory transfer plan, ensuring the right product is at the right warehouse.
