CHAMOMILE

A sweet and gentle garden flower and member of the daisy family, chamomile (Matricaria recutita) calms the nervous system, and soothes and supports digestion.*

Chamomile’s soothing properties can be attributed, in part, to the essential oil, which, when extracted, is an amazing blue color. Concentrated in the flowers, high quality chamomile will have high amounts of this blue oil and be composed primarily of the flowers, with very little stem and leaf.
