Green Tea Lemongrass

  • Personality
    Mellow, yet refreshing.

    Herbal Power
Light and mildly stimulating, green tea is a healthy beverage.*

    Reason to Love
“Tea” can actually be used to mean black or green tea—which both come from the leaves of the same plant, Camellia sinensis, but are processed differently. This green tea is hand plucked, steamed, rolled and dried. Green tea has been drunk for many thousands of years as a healthy beverage. Refreshing and mildly stimulating, with a low caffeine content, we love green tea as an afternoon pick-me-up, as well as for its beneficial properties.*

Mildly tannic, with pleasant lemony notes.

  • Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag.

Cover cup & Steep for 10 minutes.

Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup.

Enjoy up to 3 cups daily. Good with honey!

  • Some of our favorite high quality green tea is grown in the Nilgiri (“Blue”) Mountains in India, a range known for lush forests and valleys. Your purchase of this organic and Fairtrade Certified green tea ensures that it is grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers, that the farmers receive financial support for their community’s empowerment, and that they have fair labor standards. Thus every leaf picked contributes to the enhanced livelihood of these farmers and their families.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Green Tea Ever! I have tried many green tea products out there but Traditional Medicinals - Green Tea Lemongrass is the best tasting. I will never buy anything else. It is great to use along with a diet. I drink it in the mornings and it satisfies me so that I am not hungry. Everyone needs to use this product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Afternoon Tea We brew this lemongrass green tea almost everyday. I love the aroma and gentle flavor. My recipe includes 2 teabags in 32fl.oz. cold water in a teapot in the morning; low flame on the gas burner and heat only until the water begins to steam (not boil); turn off heat and allow the tea to steep for hours until afternoon tea time. The flavor never gets bitter with this method. Sometimes I do sweeten it with a drip of stevia.
