Children 8 to 12 years: Drink one cup several times daily. Children 4 to 8 years: Drink 1/2 cup several times daily, diluted with water or juice if necessary. Children 2 to 4: Drink 1/3 to 1/2 cup once daily, diluted with water or juice if desired.
