Shannon Choe is an Early Childhood specialist with a background in Developmental Psychology and a teaching certification.  After nearly twenty years working with families in homes and in preschools as a nanny, teacher, administrator and owner, Shannon founded one of the first baby planning and concierge companies in the country in 2007.  Premier Baby Concierge offers parents a comprehensive guide throughout the process of preparing for baby and adjusting to life as new parents.  In 2008, she founded Premier Sitter Services which offers a unique opportunity for parents to meet and interview ten to twenty experienced, available sitters “speed dating” style in just one evening!  Shannon is a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and Certified Passenger Safety Tech, as well as a contributing Parenting Expert for several websites.  She appears regularly on Philadelphia’s “the 10! Show” on NBC sharing parenting tips and products and enjoys contributing to the growth of the baby planning industry as the Secretary of the International Baby Planner Association.  Shannon lives with her husband and three girls outside Philadelphia.
